5917 Tower AVE Superior, WI 54880

Do you need a cut, color, or style? Currently operated as a salon on Tower Ave in South Superior, this building has great visibility, off street parking, and a shed in back for additional storage. The structure is a block building with newer windows, updated boiler and electrical, newer hot water heater, eclectic decorations, and washing machine and dryer. This property has all the equipment that you need for an independent hair stylist or team to run their own business. Currently the seller is renting out chairs to individuals on a month to month basis. Tenants are month to month, and the owner pays all utilities. Even though this is a hair solon, no corners were cut in making this place what it is today.
